Lance Orsak serves as the CEO and Lead Instructor at Covenant Ranch Range, working directly with those responsible for protecting others.

He has served in law enforcement since 2014 and has been a member of a SWAT team for over 9 years. Lance is a TCOLE instructor in multiple tactical disciplines, bringing real-world experience into every training environment.

His approach is straightforward and practical, focused on clear communication, repetition, and performance under pressure. No wasted time, no unnecessary theory. Just training that holds up when it matters.
Lance works with church security teams, first responders, and individuals who take responsibility seriously, helping them build the skills and mindset needed to respond with confidence.

He also loves dogs more than people... which, depending on the day, makes perfect sense.
